«…Initially Stellar House was designed to welcome our family and friends
but as I went deeper into my healing therapies I got more and more
excited about sharing our beautiful space with others who would also like to experience a holiday with a difference.

My interest into Vibrational therapies began after spending 3 years on a
personal journey of self-awareness and self-empowerment.
It all began when I was living in Singapore.
During this time my teenage daughter was suffering from Bulimia.
As I began to learn more about myself I found
that I was able to help my daughter become stronger and happier.
It was also a time that our mother and daughter relationship blossomed.
This journey of ‘awareness’ I personally called the “golden path”
because it lead me to new insights.
My personal health problems suddenly disappeared as I was able to
truly be myself. The world became a new place. My heart opened to a deeper
level of understanding and the knowing that we are not just physical beings
with mental and emotional senses but we are also spiritual.
When I opened up to my spiritual consciousness I knew that I was
ready to embrace life with joy, peace and happiness.
During this period of «self-discovery» I realised that
I wanted to be a therapist and run my own Centre at which I could offer
a loving space for growth and expansion.
My first steps to following my dream was taking a Diploma course in
Transpersonal Studies. This personal Quest into a deeper
awareness of myself lead me to the Blue Mountains, Ayers Rock
and King’s Canyon in Australia. Here I undertook in-depth meditations whilst
sleeping under the stars, in caves and luxurious hotels!
On returning to UK I furthered my studies with the VHF (Vibrational Healing Federation) and completed a Diploma Course in Crystal and Vibrational
Healing, a post-graduate course in Crystal Healing and a Teachers’ Diploma
Course in Crystals and Energy Work. I also trained as a Stress Therapist
as so many of my clients were deeply stressed and wanted tangible
ways of helping themselves.

I now share my time in running workshops from here and abroad as well
as working on a one to one basis with my clients. I continue to explore the
world of Energy Medicine with much enthusiasm.
I am presently enjoying a new pathway called EMF Balancing.
